Independent testing relationships require trust. APS protects client confidentiality as a core operating principle.
APS operates as an independent analytical laboratory. Client information, submitted materials, and test results are treated as strictly confidential and proprietary to your organization.
Test results and project information are never shared without explicit written authorization from the client.
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
APS maintains a standard mutual non-disclosure agreement available upon request. The APS NDA is structured specifically for laboratory testing and reporting engagements and provides balanced confidentiality protections for both parties.
To request a copy of the APS mutual NDA, please indicate this when submitting your proposal request.
Client-provided NDA templates require legal review prior to execution and may extend proposal timelines. For projects requiring rapid turnaround, use of the standard APS mutual NDA is recommended.
